    Completion of PH neutralization plant

    Recently we have installed a new PH neutralization plant for one of our major clients. Due to the aggressive nature of the environment the installation had to be carried out using all stainless steel containment and using non-corrosive isolators and flexible conduits. The installation was carried out over a very tight project period as the equipment was a direct replacement for an older obsolete system.

    New MCC for a major industrial chemical company

    We are currently building a new MCC for a major industrial chemical company based in Essex. The panel will control networked Alan Bradley inverter drives fitted with filters and chokes to minimise harmonic interference. The panel will be installed in early Q2 of this year.

    Installation of Walkway Lighting

    We were asked to provide a lighting design to provide discreet lighting to the new walkway in an energy efficient manner. With this in mind approached the lighting manufacturer we work very closely with to provide a solution. The lights are controlled via a photoelectric cell to maintain the optimum energy efficiency. The lights have a power consumption of 9.6W/m.
